The hierarchy there is too narrow, you can barely have the opportunity to be a manager. But there is still chance if you work so hard or have excellent skills.

A lot for you to learn here and the position offers a lot of room to grow. Managers are helpful and understanding, great communication between co-workers. Very nice office environment.
