Pros what PROS??? The only pro of this job is meeting the many young and talented people who work here, but aside from that work life, management, etc is abysmal.
Cons
Most people who begin working here say they have read the reviews and didn't believe them because they thought the reviews were coming from scorned ex employees. But as you can see when reading these reviews all of the positive reviews written for Synology are coming from Taiwan, not Synology America. In fact if you look at all of the reviews for Synology America you will notice that about 99% of them have nothing but negative things to say, so this should be a clear indication to you that you don't want to work here unless you enjoy being underpaid, under appreciated and screwed over!
