1. a lot of thing to do at the same time 2. bad scheduling 3. change the plan and features again and again 4. some time do overtime for no reason

A lot for you to learn here and the position offers a lot of room to grow. Managers are helpful and understanding, great communication between co-workers. Very nice office environment.
