Some managers are bad now, hired in bulk from Intel layoffs. They hire without projects and without work coz they want more works and projects but eventually they do get any. Most of teams are affraid and insecure as leadership and managers are being selfish now adays and they try to make self growth leaving their new hires and enguneers and company behind. Lots of politics and insecurity salary is not competitive
