Pros
Very good company to work for - as evidenced by the high employee retention rate. In the 15 years I worked there, I remember less than a handful of people leaving voluntarily. IMO, the company ethos was one of high integrity when dealing with customers.
Cons
Like many high-tech companies, they expect their pound of flesh. Weekend working from home - checking compute jobs, building PP slides etc. - was pretty much expected.
