Pros
Work culture in Synopsys is very good, there is always something going on.. Lot of good work, Also the compensation is reasonable and job security is very high. Unless you have done something unethical your job is very secured which is rare in IT industry
Cons
There is bureaucracy and some kind of power center. Generally people are helpful, but you do often get into internal politics
