Pros
I was part of FPGA HW Validation team at Bangalore. If you have mindset to learn and self-motivated, there is opportunity to learn protocol and contribute. I was successful in Ideation of a solution, Planning, Implementation of Software for carrying out the validation activity.
Cons
1. Lot of company politics, Manager didn't support or always used to find faults with everything. Extremely demotivating. 2. Very poor compensation and recognition. Wasted my 3+ years at Synopsys. 3. Manager was poor with technical aspects, so not in position to judge the timeline in apt way.
