Unfair promotion and raise increase system - ASIC Design Engineer Synopsys Employee Review

- promotion : you will not be considered if you work things apart from main stream project - salary increase : seems to be one time in a year and no increase for the first 18 months. very unfair to those who joined after the promotion/increase period. still no increase after 2 years and while inflation and time passes, more work is required but my work value is dropping, depressing to hear that interns' wage is increasing yearly and other department peers told they got raise yearly
