CAS Advising - Academic Advisor Syracuse University Employee Review

TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT. Confidentiality impossible. No accountability whatsoever. No communication about logic of process until it's too late. Complete lack of transparency from management and administration. Bullying and silencing. Lack of regard for any sort of diversity and inclusion (look up the statistics). No room to challenge/contribute; all ideas shut down. No intention to retain employees. Limited potential for mobility. Chancellor only focused on $$$. HR runaround with literally everything. Interview process for FT position was unwelcoming and abrupt. Advisors don't know what's going on because leadership doesn't know what's going on. Just don't work here unless you really need a job.
