Fostering a “one SPA” culture in which employees feel supported and able to pursue exciting opportunities is a key focus for leadership and a pillar of our continued success. Regarding PTO, our current policy combines PTO and sick days to offer employees more autonomy in how they use their time. We recognize this approach may be different than others; however, it’s important to note that SPA offers PTO levels at or above industry standards and allows for a portion of unused annual leave to be rolled over.
