Over the last year, significant investment has been made to bolster growth resources and support for our employees, including the standing up of our Center for Development, Wellness Hub, and development programs such SPA Grow, APM/PM Boot Camp, and LEAD Manage. The record-breaking government shutdown presented unique and unprecedented challenges for many in the industry, and SPA leadership, across all levels, worked tirelessly with both customers and employees to try to ensure continuity and calm within the organization. We understand that it’s possible not every decision was pleasing to everyone, but SPA employees were always front of mind when navigating the shutdown and we are pleased to report that relative to peer organizations, SPA fared exceptionally well.
