We understand that recent changes in the federal government may have created unique challenges for many contracts. Our leadership teams have worked tirelessly to try to remain well positioned and compliant with the changing landscape, while still maintaining our steadfast commitment to objective, high-quality analysis. While we recognize there may be some disappointment in the outcomes of certain events, SPA has never operated from a cost-first perspective and we respectfully push back against this characterization. In the face of forced contract reductions, SPA leadership has made extensive efforts to work in lockstep with our clients to ensure the best individuals remain in the best possible roles in order to achieve the mission. Employees affected by contract wind downs and changes are also encouraged to leverage SPA’s Workforce Mobility program and partner with HRBPs and management to navigate staffing challenges and locate open roles in the company that may be a good fit. Significant effort and considerations go into all workforce decisions, and SPA strives to offer affected employees numerous paths. We apologize if these efforts were not visible to you.
