Providing top-flight resources and support to our employees remains a priority for leadership, which is why SPA has made significant investment into employee resources over the course of 2025, including the standing up of our Center for Development and Wellness Hub. We understand the importance of quick response times when it comes to HR matters. That’s why, in addition to division-aligned HRBP support personnel, our HR department is divided into specific functional areas designed to assist with the various types of HR requests. Furthermore, over the course of 2025, we have continued to try to improve support, rolling out a new and improved HRIS and making several strategic hires to better align assistance. Employees can locate and engage their appropriate HR teammate for support via Nexus, Footprints, etc., or reach out to their managers for support as always. We would also like to remind folks that anyone seated in the National Capital Region is welcome to visit our HR department in-person at HQ. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
