At SPA, we also understand the important role compensation plays in workplace satisfaction. That’s why leadership regularly reviews our contracts to ensure SPA offers competitive salaries that match and/or beat others in the industry. We have also recently launched salary bands to promote parity across individuals in certain jobs, career tracks, and clearance levels.
