Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear you value SPA’s competitive benefits, compensation, culture, and leadership. Ensuring our offerings remain competitive with, and often above, industry benchmarks is a priority for Leadership, and we’re glad those efforts resonate with you. We also appreciate your recognition of SPA’s efforts to bridge the gaps between our diverse divisions, groups, and contracts. Over the last 2 years, SPA has invested in expanding our internal engagement and development efforts, standing up two additional Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and launching our Center for Development, amongst other initiatives. Through events such as ERG lunches and outings, SPA’s mentor program, internal networking mixers, and our recently introduced Career Connect Program, individuals can get involved, make connections, and explore projects beyond their team. We encourage you to monitor Nexus and the weekly communications emails to ensure you’re taking advantage of all opportunities to connect with colleagues.

Pros

Great team, company really encourages work life balance and understands things come up. Super supportive.

Cons

The HR team rolls out new software every year that always is an attempt to "support the process" but more often than not feels like a waste of time for most employees / overly complicates processes.

Pros

Great company and people with benefits similar to larger contractors.

Cons

Like any contractor it largely depends on the government team with whom you work.
