Pros

Work-life balance is generally valued. In most cases, if you need to flex some hours because of a medical/childcare/plumbing issue, that's fine so long as it doesn't impact client deliverables. Benefits are good, but geared towards those who are a bit older (health insurance is great for families, but some younger/single folks find it pricey). They prefer you change jobs within the company than leave, and work to make that happen (e.g. your boss can't stop you from transferring, and other policies). Company values integrity - telling the truth, not just saying what people want to hear.

Cons

Lots of rapid growth in the last few years has eroded the company culture. Management starts with "program managers" who are primarily evaluated based on contract performance, etc. so there's not a focus on actual management (of people) skills. This leads to problems like having some managers won't address problems or some will do anything to keep their own managers from hearing about problems. Compensation seems to run a bit low, although total compensation (with benefits) is reasonable.

Pros

Great team, company really encourages work life balance and understands things come up. Super supportive.

Cons

The HR team rolls out new software every year that always is an attempt to "support the process" but more often than not feels like a waste of time for most employees / overly complicates processes.
