Pros

Many different projects and tasks, so no single job description. Relatively quick-paced environment. Give young/new people many opportunities to challenge themselves (technically and management-wise).

Cons

PMs and middle management are extremely busy and communication with the lower-down staff (i.e. entry level analysts and programmers) is based on their availability, which can be difficult.

Pros

Great team, company really encourages work life balance and understands things come up. Super supportive.

Cons

The HR team rolls out new software every year that always is an attempt to "support the process" but more often than not feels like a waste of time for most employees / overly complicates processes.
