Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your work-life balance and talented teammates while at SPA. SPA has a long-standing culture of providing top-flight, objective analysis for our customers, while also promoting wellbeing for our employees. Recognizing both aspects as necessary helps SPA remain a choice employer. We also understand that compensation is highly important, and SPA is committed to offering compensation and benefits that rival and often surpass industry averages. While leadership actively advocates for the highest rates available, there are also things that SPA employees can do. Our Leadership and Center for Development teams recently revamped our Career Tracks program, which allows employees to not only see what upward opportunities are available to them, but also identify the competencies required to achieve the position. By leveraging programs such as Career Tracks, SPA employees can take initiative to increase their earning potential. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, we will take them into consideration as work towards continuous improvement.

Pros

Great team, company really encourages work life balance and understands things come up. Super supportive.

Cons

The HR team rolls out new software every year that always is an attempt to "support the process" but more often than not feels like a waste of time for most employees / overly complicates processes.
