Thank you for sharing your perspective. SPA strives to offer equitable compensation for all of our positions. Leadership, HR, and our pricing teams regularly review contracts to ensure our compensation offerings remain competitive. We also understand that strong support from project management is important for a positive work environment and we are sorry to hear that your experience differed from this norm. SPA encourages all employees to find the work and team that best aligns with their goals and preferences. By leveraging our Workforce Mobility Program, weekly Hot Jobs report, Center for Development, and internal networking events, employees are able to explore opportunities across the breadth of national security-focused work to locate a project team and mission set that suits their desires. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective. We will take your feedback into consideration as we work towards continuous improvement.

Pros

Great team, company really encourages work life balance and understands things come up. Super supportive.

Cons

The HR team rolls out new software every year that always is an attempt to "support the process" but more often than not feels like a waste of time for most employees / overly complicates processes.
