All interviewers were very knowledgeable and asked the right kind of questions that will kindle the interest of job-seekers. STG has several Fortune 500 clients and hence there employees get several opportunities to hone their technical skills. Medium sized and hence the opportunity to grow within the organization is excellent. You skills are the only one you need to climb up the Corporate ladder. Compensation is above par and combined with excellent medical benefits, H1 transfer, Green Card processing et al. On joining I was told that all employees will be paid full-salary with benefits while they are between assignments or on Bench.
