Pros

The people are great and most of the managers on the floor are wonderful people but they need more support, free gym onsite and free doctor onsite are amazing perks

Cons

Terrible work life balance. They have targets that are very out of touch with your day to day work and only the very high achievers will get their bonus. Dont you dare get a a negative review from a user as it will brand you as unclean for when it comes to getting your bonus or applying for new roles within the company. The client that you will be contracted to will only care about the sales dept and will look at support as the middle child

Pros

Company culture is very relaxed and laid back. The people who work here build some of the best products for the biggest clients in the world. Bar-none, I’ve never worked with more intelligent and passionate people ever. There is pride in efficiency, quality, and so much more.

Cons

Management is very… out of touch? Not at their own fault to be clear, but out of business processes. It’s difficult for them to grow and promote employees because they’re constantly shifted from one team to the next. The pay is “Meh” at best, and nowhere near the industry standard, but it is safe.
