Pros
If you find yourself on the right team, you'l find yourself a lifer. Team dynamics and managers can make or break your time there.
Cons
They constantly are laying people off. Now, it's done quietly and under the radar so that not even the people working with those being laid off know that its happened. They pretend it's all good but they keep changing things around and then wonder why team members are disengaged. It's a horrible way to try and work and really frustrating to those still there. I know people who have given their whole career to TELUS to just be discarded like trash or are counting down the days to retirement. Just waiting it out.
