Pros

Very good team environment and the job itself was pretty simple for the pay that was offered.

Cons

Quit due to expectancy of work done increased while the pay stayed the same, as well as the ratings were terribly designed. When the backlog of incoming requests was filled (some event was happening) players would spam with bad reviews when agents didn't deserve them.

Pros

Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
