Pros

More than the minimum standard vacation; good about work-life balance; good at promoting from within for operations positions. I found my direct supervisors to be excellent people and there was always help when I needed it.

Cons

Currently moving toward offshoring; if you are in India, the Philippines, or Guatemala, I can recommend working there, but for North Americans expect layoffs. Company is very much stressing "do more with less" so your clients will arrive on the call frustrated with being constantly directed to the app or by dealing with AI "agents". Culture had been good, but is currently prioritizing shareholders over clients, which is frustrating. (CEO is paid entirely in shares.)

Pros

Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
