Pros
Great pay, great staff. Everyone is awesome here beside the typical call center drama. But if you manage to steer clear of it - you'll grow and be just fine. Lots of Overtime for hourly positions.
Cons
Must have open availability. Don't expect for them to work around your life. 24 hour call center so you schedule can land anywhere through out the day.
