Pros

Friendly environment Pay was really good. Great first or second job for folks.

Cons

Big selling point for me was career advancement, however they hired four supervisors from the date I started till the day I moved on, not one came from the floor. Senior Management seemed more concerned with the relationship with the client, rather than the customers, which leads to inefficient process being incorporated that does not serve the customer, but rather the client (i.e. conflicts with customer first mentality they preach).

Pros

Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
