      Pros

      Great benefits and employee perks (discount in various companies). Great knowledge base availability. Seniority is taken into consideration regarding salary raises and promotions.

      Cons

      No flexibility on transfer, restrict opportunities for growth, micro management for Front LIne positions, extremely exigent on performance and very little support from managers.

      Pros

      Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
