Pros

$750 a year for your well-being account Yearly bonus, mine was about $825 Wages: Started @23.50/hr went to 24.57/hr Supportive Management

Cons

They need to hire an appropriate amount of people for their departments. They get as much as they can out of you. Highly stressful. They do that thing where they hire the minimal amount of staff so that the guy at the top can keep his gains. Departments don't communicate at all Not a lot of ownership across departments One area of Telus doesn't know what the other area is doing. Really heavy on trying to upsell - even if you're not in sales

Pros

Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
