Pros

They provide the equipment for you to use when working from home. Didn't have to pay for my own background check.

Cons

Unprofessional and disorganized!!!! I went through 3 different recruiters while going through my hiring process which took about two weeks. Training consisted mostly of reading modules. Nesting was like being fed to the wolves. no support or help. Once on the production floor their is lack of help in chat, long hold times for itunes. I was "fired" while waiting on the company to send my replacement equipment (the damage to the equipment was not my fault) They never even officially fired me they just removed me from their chat rooms. Just as the company expects the employees to follow protocol I feel they should follow them policies and procedures also. I had no supervisor to report to once my actual supervisor went on maternity leave. My pay was messed up and HR never responded to any of my emails! I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever worked for! I would not suggest anyone apply to this company. I should have heeded the warnings of others. Check out their reviews!

Pros

My group of supervisors and our manager work really well together. The upside of this company is the ability to work from home and the support you are given is better than most places I have worked.

Cons

this can only be said for my project as we do not always have a clear path of what the upper management is looking for us to do

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
