Pros
Busy all the time, good equipment repair shop, lots of high energy outdoor assignments covering dangerous military tests in a desert environment in support of Dede-I ate, professional engineers.
Cons
Management only rarely leaves their protective, air conditioned cocoon on the main post, so they are often out of touch with actual conditions and the needs of employees in the field. They also favor past military service to actual professional qualifications, an will go to bat for old members of their units from decades ago, regardless of the actual facts of a case.
