      It's a job need to say no more

      Cons

      No job stability, training, they want you to do it on your own, even though they claim to provide this blame it on the govt contract no management support unless you are a "yes" person the bottom line is $ for themselves.

      Pros

      none that I can think of unless you enjoy doing work that isn't within your supposed job description.

      Cons

      bad pay, bad management, bad benefits, employees back-stab, bosses nitpick and you probably will end up working for one of their various subcontractors who are even worse than they are.

      Pros

      - Investments in technology keep systems and hardware current. - Micromanagement is not an issue (at least in my experience). - Schedule flexibility promotes work/life balance.

      Cons

      A small company that grew in size quickly without adjusting its leadership style/structure, so: - Very slow to adapt to change; outright resistant at times. - No annual performance reviews in place, and none planned. - No career development programs in place, and none planned. - No clear paths for advancement. - All decisions/progress funneled through 1-2 people, with time lags due to the bottleneck. - No apparent top-level interest in company's involvement in its communities. - No orientation/organizational history for new employees.
