Pros
Freedom to complete work without micro-management, TRAX is flexible with hours and time-off, relatively good benefits package, will pay for college courses without employment commitment. Will pay straight OT to salaried employees for every hour over 40. Work along side government customer to support Army Proving Ground Testing.
Cons
Very long hours (55+ plus total hours when testing). If you are an embedded contractor with a government test organization, you will have little interaction with management. No clearly defined career progression path to advancement. Very HOT in Yuma during the summers, must be prepared and capable of tolerating greater than 115 F heat for months at a time.
