Pros
Trax encourages cross training so fewer people get laid off when their section gets slow. They go work in other areas. They use a program called ' leave without pay ' sometimes. This cuts down on everybody's pay a little so no-one loses their job during slow periods. It was steady work for 25 years. Good place to work.
Cons
It is a desert environment in Yuma. It gets hot. Education is a must if you're going to progress. You won't be able to move to another position in the company that requires a degree if you don't have it. Even if you can already do the work. Even for less pay.
