Fantastic Place to Work! - Anonymous TRICOR Insurance Employee Review

I have worked for the past 8 years at TRICOR in a sales capacity. At TRICOR we work hard but are able to have fun at the same time. The company is highly respected within the community and with the insurance carriers we represent. It has been fun watching the company grow and adapt to the ever changing world with the new technology available. Since COVID the office worker have learned that many jobs can be performed at home. TRICOR offers the ability to work part time from home with a few days a week in the office. I find you get the best of both world having this ability. We get the comfort from our home without a commute and the comradery with your coworkers in the office. I have been through several stages of my life well employed here, the most recent years becoming a mother and having small children. TRICOR has been understanding and more than accommodating with the unexpected challenges that accompany being a working mom...sick kids, daycare issues, weather delays. I will forever respect TRICOR for sticking by my side during these trying years and they will continue to keep a loyal employee for doing so.

You get to know everyone in your office very well however with multiple office locations you don't get you know everyone at the company.

Benefits could be much better. Communication could be better. One track mind on growth with little to no development on what you have.
