Pros

Pay - base is higher than most other agencies Flexible Scheduling - if you need to take off early on a day, you can make up the hours on another

None that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible management. Inappropriate work environment. If you end up in an office like I did, you will have to put up with racist, sexist, discriminatory remarks being screamed throughout the office. I was even called a farm animal by a coworker once. This company was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

Benefits could be much better. Communication could be better. One track mind on growth with little to no development on what you have.
