Pros
cleaner than places I have work. maintenance and some engineers work well with one another, not going to name names but one of the senior automation engineers and the newest two are great to work with.
Cons
Management says, "That's why we hired people like you," and then talks down to you at times. Decisions are made with little input from knowledgeable people about the situation. The restrooms smell terrible, as if the sewer is leaking somewhere. If you've been tasked with a technical job that you have experience with, it feels like you need to fight or prove that the way you're doing the task is right, so there's micromanaging for days. Management tends to side with production without conducting an investigation first. This can be as simple as production claiming that no one has looked into fixing something, but production didn't communicate the problem.
