Pros

What I thought were pros (smaller company, easier to get to know people and be a part of the culture) turned out not to be the reality.

Cons

Quite simply, they are dishonest. I did all I could to make the most of this opportunity, and I did the job well, but was ultimately fired for (I can only guess) a mistake that had been addressed and corrected, and for which I had already been disciplined. When I pressed for a valid reason, they lied, rendering the whole time I was there null and void as far as work experience and my resume go.

Pros

little to no real oversite. many of the people in charge have any clue what gets down or by who. easy to get lost in the cracks and milk for an easy pay check.

Cons

to many people milking the company for a pay check or until they retire, i over heard one of the owners say out loud he wished he had a bulldozer so he could demolish the plant.
