Pros

I came to TSE during the pandemic, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly by everyone. My co-workers have been 1) inviting and 2) knowledgeable in the industry. The company has a family feel to it while still being quite large. They offer a more-than-fair wage, excellent health benefits, and 401k. I do not mind coming to work now!

Cons

It can get warm in the Specialty Chemicals plant in the summer! Just dress accordingly!

little to no real oversite. many of the people in charge have any clue what gets down or by who. easy to get lost in the cracks and milk for an easy pay check.

Cons

to many people milking the company for a pay check or until they retire, i over heard one of the owners say out loud he wished he had a bulldozer so he could demolish the plant.
