Thanks for your feedback. TSE has been in existence for 60 years so it is a well developed company, but there are new elements to TSE that is now being developed to a high-functioning status as we diversify and grow. We employ people at all levels to assist with this continued business diversification and growth. We have a significant portion of our workforce that's been with us for 10+ years and they grow within the organization, so we do not believe we have difficulty holding on to the right employees.
