Pros

Consistant work; helping others; knowing where you stand; good training program; some very professional and great team leaders who go out of their way to be helpful and assure you have the tools you need to successfully complete your job; decent benefits; some great people overall.

Cons

shoddy computer systems that crash several times a day; poor communication; several team leads who are very unprofessional and do not provide you with the support and tools you need to be successful; constant change in scheduling with little notice; and lack of keeping promises made

Thanks for the positive review, despite the computer problem you're going through. Please tell your IT about it so that they can fix it or provide you with a working computer in the mean time.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
