      Worse Training Ever. Beware if you are a professional - Anonymous employee TTEC Employee Review

      Cool job for recent high school grads.

      Cons

      Training was suppose to be 2 wks. So I was thinking that this would be something easy. NO! It was insurance and we had 10 diff programs to use. We spent them 2 weeks doing hippa. We as a class demanded for more training. So they gave us 2 more weeks in which we had to cram learn listening on an instructor on a computer. No live teaching,yet we had trainers. They were only good for telling us when break and lunch was. Asked since day 1 what kind of schedule would we have. Trainer said most of us would work mon-fri. Only a very few would do weekends. Last day of training we get our schedules and EVERYBODY HAS TO WORK SAT AND SUN😡😡😡. This plc is a circus. Even the sr manager came in and said "I know the training is not the best but you have all the researching tools you need.😂😂😂. Right.

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
