Pros

Resume Builder. Work at home.............................................................................................................................................................................................................

Cons

Pay is horrendous. 8.50 an hour and no increase in pay. If you have worked there 5 years, you will receive the same pay as a newbie or possibly LESS. The work at home positions are notorious for system failures and although they save money because there is no overhead, they still take complete advantage of the employee by offering ever dwindling bonuses and no raises EVER! You need to be promoted to another position and even then I heard the raise was eliminated. If they ever make changes in the system or services, there is little preparation and usually a week or two of complete disarray and confusion. I've witnessed numerous people threaten to quit because the stress was too high and there were constant technical issues and lack of direction. The training was pitiful and after a couple weeks, you are thrown to the wolves completely unprepared for most calls. The customers are hideous at times and still even if they swear at you or it's a prank call, you are told to never disconnect and be subject to their abuse. The most stressful job I've had and it paid the least.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
