Pros

The pros would be fair pay, good hours, management wasn't all bad. Adequate training. Wonderful trainer. Fair benefits. Easy to get your job done as long as you put forth the effort.

Cons

The cons: no job security. The program you are on can end and you get a few weeks notice. The upper management have no concern for the employees. The management we worked with daily were not provided the answers to our concerns, although they seemed to try. Seemed like a lot happened behind closed doors yet they aren't permitted to share the information they get. I think the whole atmosphere was so tense the last few weeks because no one knew what would happen. Well, what happened is we all got let go unless you went seasonal with way less pay. Promised bonuses were never given and trying to get answers is impossible.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate that you like the pay and flexible schedule at TeleTech. We're also happy that you think our trainers are awesome. On the other hand, we apologize that there was little time given for announcements regarding the account. If you could email us at socialmediateam@teletech.com, we'll do our best to try to clear out some issues that weren't answered. Again, thank you for the review and we wish you all the best.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
