Pros

Depending on your location and project, things can be great. The first project and location I worked for, I absolutely LOVED my job. My manager was awesome. We had alot of flexibility and it seemed like I mattered. The training is long but necessary and the trainer I had was great. I was promoted fairly quickly to Nesting coach after a pretty tedious interviewing process. After a few months of Nesting Coach, I filled in a few times for Team Leads even though I wasn't paid extra for this work.

Cons

My project closed down and although I was allowed to go to another location, many of my coworkers lost their jobs with about a month's notice. At the new location, it was horrible. Management and other employees were very quickly. I was told that it seemed like I "just didn't care" about my job even though I definitely did. Constantly had coworkers "tattling" trying to get ahead. Filled in for a Team Lead for 3+ months without extra pay or benefits, and was skipped over for the permanent position. Horrible culture at this location.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
