      Pros

      I was able to learn a new skill, meet some awesome ppl and make some money

      Cons

      Never made good on any promises made in beginning for instance told we would get a sign on bonus after training didnt get it until a month after training, then when we got it we didnt know because most of us had mandatory overtime and taxes ate the ot and the bonus up so it was just like working a regulare 37 hr week smh.. amd dont have any deaths, hospitalizations, and births because u may npt have a job to come back to.

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
