Thanks for the review. It's nice to know you like the schedule and the working environment at TeleTech. We're sorry if you're experiencing issues with the server or systems, we'll definitely look into that and see how we can make it better. Each year, management does its best to leverage your pay. If we're unable to, we make sure we pack other areas such as employee benefits, commission and incentives. Thank you for being one of the best in your field - we really appreciate it. Please have a talk to your supervisor and raise your concerns especially during your evaluation or one on one meetings. We will definitely support you as much as we can.

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
