Cons

* Would like a bit more empowerment in my duties * Outdated computer systems moved from another location * Site needs a real cafeteria (not just vending machines)

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
