      You are paid according to your quality of work. Which include monetary prizes, cellphone etc.

      Cons

      Off course there will always be people who are in a company that will pull you down. But the company itself was awesome with their employees.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
