Pros

In depth training, one on one training with seasoned employees, teaches employees a lot about banking policies and procedures.

Cons

very rude customers call in at times, some team leaders are condescending, outdated equipment, employee evaluations dwell on the tiniest mistakes even though you help hundreds of people a day .

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
