Pros

I think Tele Tech was a great exprience, and the upper management always looked out for your best interest, including schedule changes, and employee questions. All employees got along really well as a pleasant environment. I would have never left if I didn't have a schedule conflict that caused me to give up my position.

Cons

The pay was somewhat low. I have worked seasonal a few times for Teletech, but at one employment stint for BOA campaing, ran into a very 'wicked' trainer, who singled persons out, spending the 1st 30 mins of class everyday talking about herself, and the new bedroom set she bought, etc, created a slideshow of herself & family for all to view, and treated certain individuals which were her 'unfavorites' in an almost verbal & pschyplogical abusive manner. It reminded me of someone who truly was disillusioned and somewhat crazy. . I find this inconsistent with Teletech's true professional track record. I was hoping justice would prevail, only to find out she shenanigans and forces her way to be everyone's pet trainer. No bad word was said about her, or the price would be paid. Send the loons back to custodial work at Kmart.

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
